The Buck sweep from the Wing T offense is this week's play of the week. Or as the Delaware Wing T system calls it: "121" which that call inculdes the formation, play series, and hole number. Which is one thing i've always loved about the Dlaware Wing T system.
The Buck sweep is what you'll hear many coches call the base "core" of the Wing T offense. Which to me it is. If a defense can't stop this. You can't stop the Wing T. Plan and simple. But as far as the backfield actions go; The QB fakes to the FB up the middle one way, the as the tailback takes a flat path aiming for where the FB'S heels where, he gets the ball and heads up field. The QB the hands off and runs a bootleg fake, all the way past the LOS! But the most imporant part to play is the blocking, as we all know. Which is lited below:
